What goes well with excess fat?

We analyzed over 150,000 recipes to figure out which ingredients makes excess fat better. On average, recipes with excess fat gets 4.41⭐ review scores. But in some combinations, review scores get a lot better.
Here comes the combinations we found:

Better than not: black pepper, garlic, ginger, green onions, kosher salt, pork shoulder, salt, skin, soy sauce, vegetable oil, water

🤷‍♀️ Shrug: cilantro, lime juice, onion, sugar, yellow onion

Scores poorly: cumin, bay leaf, oregano

Pay attention: olive oil, tomatoes

Remember this is how people score them online. A bad combination might not be a bad combination. It might be hard to cook or people make poor substitutions. If you think it makes sense to use something, just pay extra attention.
